Any member found using the Cat Clash messaging system for the purpose of sending advertisements, solicitations, derogatory, harmful, or harassing messages may have their account access limited or suspended without warning. Any Premium Member found abusing the Cat Clash messaging system may have their account access limited or suspended without warning and without refund. While provisions are in place to limit vulgar and offensive cat names, user names, and user profiles, the Cat Clash staff reserves the right to edit or delete any submission that it finds objectionable.

While Premium Membership status may be offered free of charge during promotional periods, Premium Membership is normally a monthly fee-based subscription service. Being that Premium Membership is a service, no refunds can be offered for this service. Paid Premium Membership can be cancelled at any time. Any member who opts to cancel his Premium Membership will be downgraded to Basic Member status at the end of his monthly term. No partial refunds can be granted for early cancellation.
